Daniel Potter is a highly experienced performance and club development coach with a proven track record of developing county and regional level players, as well as building and producing some of the most successful tennis clubs in the country.

As the Head of Access Tennis, Dan leads the programme as both its founder and business owner, delivering high-quality coaching pathways that focus on long-term player development, inclusivity, and sustainable club growth. His coaching philosophy is centred on taking players as far as their potential allows—whether that means introducing players to the sport for the first time or guiding athletes towards high-level competitive performance.

In addition to tennis, Dan has extensive expertise in supporting padel and pickleball clubs, helping them grow into successful, vibrant venues through strong coaching structures, participation pathways, and commercial awareness. His multi-sport approach allows clubs to diversify their offer while maintaining high coaching standards across all programmes.

Dan specialises in performance tennis, club and venue development, combining technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership to create environments where players, coaches, and clubs can thrive.

Alongside supporting coaching sessions, Lisa works closely with players, parents, and coaches to help deliver well- organised junior programmes and to ensure safeguarding best practice is upheld at all times. Genaro is a highly experienced tennis coach who achieved his ECA qualification in 1995 in Cambridge under Sue Rich, allowing him to coach players up to county junior level.

He has completed a wide range of professional development courses, including wheelchair tennis and hearing-impaired tennis, and has spent several seasons in Florida studying high-performance tennis with Bollettieri-trained coaches.

Genaro has coached at Stamford Tennis Club for over 18 years, helping develop numerous junior players who have progressed to County level, including Charlie James. He remains committed to staying up to date with modern coaching techniques and player development.
